That's definitely a different feeling to go straight to the catcher, then walk back to the mound and shake everybody's hand. I'm giving effort. I just try to stay really calm. I find that works for me. If I stay calm and relaxed, my body does what it's supposed to do.

He was definitely dominant on the mound today.

It's tough. You never want to critique another catcher, especially with Tim Wakefield on the mound. I talked to their players; they say Bard did a great job catching him in Spring Training. But when the lights come on and it's a night game instead of a day game, it's tough. It's the hardest job in baseball.

When you walk off the mound pitching like that against anybody, you're going to get an ovation. When it's against the Red Sox, that's something I don't think he'll ever forget.

Sometimes I just really can't shake the feeling that I am really just a little girl from Tennessee.

It's one of those nights where you just walk away and shake your head.
