That's always a goal: to stop the growth of what is being thrown away. We are always going to have population growth, but if there is more recycling, waste reduction and reuse, hopefully we can hold the line.

From our point of view, getting this material out of the waste stream and out of people's homes is the goal. Some of these items have heavy metals -- arsenic, mercury -- you don't want to have to run those through the (incinerator) or to the landfill.
