That was a gritty win. After a long weekend and with two starters out, they could have gone through the motions. But they didn't, and this is something that we can build on.

This is the toughest region. Anybody is capable of beating anybody on any given night. Right now we're a pretty good team, but we have a chance to be a great team. We just need to keep building on it.

That's the way we go. When we break through, we explode.

Getting swept at Virginia, that's not a good thing. After (that) weekend, we kind of took it upon ourselves not to let it happen again. It worked out for us in the long run.

It took a lot of pressure off. Tonight we learned from last weekend. You don't want to come out in the first game and be kind of sluggish.

The break-out sessions were my favorite part of the weekend because we got to pick what we wanted to learn and Nathan Willis was there.
