They need to be a little more entrepreneurial, and less structure. They are able to handle the volume of packages they do by being very structured.

I'm still looking for that Internet play. That's what the hype has been - but the reality is that I haven't seen the numbers yet.

You know, I've often thought if I were much older, I might not have done that, ... As you get older, you get more conservative, but I was still young enough to be a little bit impulsive. What got me was the hypocrisy.

It's easier to say that I am a radical Atheist, just to signal that I really mean it, have thought about it a great deal, and that it's an opinion I hold seriously.
