That first half, Latta did a good job. We just weren't taking the right shots. The shots were open. We were just weren't taking good team shots.

Somebody's gonna win; somebody's gonna lose. The thing is, are you there to fight at the battle? Some people don't even get to fight at the battle. As long as you get to the battle, you've got a chance.

We had our chances, but we didn't take advantage of them. The kids played hard, but we missed too many free throws and had too many turnovers.

We're trying to get our bench mentally prepared and also get all these other guys playing time. We don't want to lose that continuity ... because you never know what's gonna happen in the playoffs.

We don't have all the pieces in place right now, but I feel that we'll be very strong by the end of the year. It will be a mistake to give up on us because we've had a slow start. I believe, when it's championship time, we're going to be there.

If we do everything correctly, we'll be right there.
