That access is owned by the public. It shouldn't be blocked.

I think the real thrust of this is the manner of public access.

It is not a name that the public has an association with. In fairness to them, it is Russian-owned but U.S.-managed.

I'd also like to see city-owned garages offer the first hour or two free.
