Team-wise, it's such an important game for us because we know how well CSU plays against us,

I think it's important to most of us because of exactly what it provides to the whole program. Obviously, the whole department gets a little national respect. Hopefully, we go down there and put together a solid effort and get recognized on a national stage where we feel we belong.

I think we've made tremendous strides in the passing game from last year. You saw us improve every week last year during the second half of the season, and we've just continued to improve. So hopefully we can start right there this season and have a big year.

And I know they (CSU) always get jacked up and want to come down here and beat us. We know we're going to get their best effort, so we've got to play hard. And personally, just growing up in Colorado, it's been a pleasure to be a part of it now for the last three years. Hopefully, we'll come out with a victory.

I can literally see Jeremy almost start to laugh at that whole idea. He's always kind of defied, not necessarily logic, but the norm. He's going to do what his heart tells him to do and what's best for him and those around him.

We seemed to move the ball OK. And we'd have our opportunities at first down and things like that, but they really played well. ... We've just got to learn from our mistakes. You can't make mistakes against Miami.
