Teach me not dance... but how to dance!!! ... Teach me not work... but why to work!!!

Remember that mentor leadership is all about serving. Jesus said, “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Mark 10:45).

Leaders..should influence others..in such a way that it builds people up, encourages and edifies them so they can duplicate this attitude in others.

Juries look to the judge for guidance and leadership. When a judge appears to favor one side over the other, it has an insidious effect on the whole proceeding.

What we need is political leadership which can give guidance to the development of global governance. We need business leadership which goes beyond shareholder value to understand the needs and fears of other stakeholders and their communities.

Spoon feeding in the long run teaches us nothing but the shape of the spoon.
