Target is a great example of an extraordinarily fine company with above average growth rate, ... Most consumers know Target. But maybe they don't know how socially responsible they are.

That's true if the company, the plan, has a premium that's at or below the average. If it's above the average then they are obligated to pay the difference.

Earnings growth has been surprisingly low for drug stocks and there is more of that to come as we go through a cycle of patent expirations. But I think the stocks are close to being washed out and if you have patience they will do quite well over a longer period of time.
