Sometimes when you're 3-4 you're playing for pride, but there was still something significant to play for. Our players knew that.

If we take care of business in the eight games we have, we've been assured by Division III that we're going to be fine.

In all reality we haven't talked about it at all. It's a neat goal, and after it is accomplished it will be nice to talk about it for a while, but we're more focused on the team right now, and what we need to do to be our best.

The No. 1 thing for us right now is obviously just playing the game to the best of our ability. And that's how the streak began, I think. Every team has wanted to do its best.

There's always something to play for and it's not over yet anyway. We just know about Bonaventure pride and playing hard for coach Solomon.

Neither team has anything but pride to play for at this point, but our guys have got a lot of heart and they've shown me that all year.
