Something happens at 80 when you lose just a little bit of energy.

I know what I want - and it's not going to Florida to retire.

He was pretty excited and went out a little too fast. He is learning how to use his energy wisely during a race. He made great strides in the 200 free this year. He also swam a new record in the 100 Free but didn't qualify for the finals.

If it feels right and I'm not going against any energy in myself or the situation, there would be no limit.

I like to go with the energy because when you ignore it that's when you start doing things wrong.
