So what the folk you expected to be happiest about your positive growth are your biggest doubters, haters & detractors. It sucks, but is not a show stopper. Don't get mad, get great

It took decades of negative experiences and hurts to build up your bad habits, defenses & issues; it'll take time to tear them down - cut yourself some slack

When you believe in your dreams and realize that you are deserving and capable, no earthly being can stop you. You will no longer require external approval in order to feel validated. You will develop tenacity and perseverance. Most importantly, you will eventually reach your goals.

When people are exposed to the possibilities, even for the briefest of moments, paradigms can shift in powerful ways. It's hard to keep an eagle willfully land bound once it knows flight is a possibility.

The way I see it, there are three choices. 1) Continue to do the same stuff you’ve been doing and expect a miracle. 2) Complain and blame everyone else for your situation and expect a miracle. 3) Choose to live right and on purpose and CREATE a miracle.

Prescription anti-depressant manufactures and the whole pharmaceutical industry earn big money for a reason. There are a lot of depressed people in America. Naturally curing depression will heal communities everywhere.
