So few communities have the opportunity to take a blank canvas of land and create a core for its residents,

I see in their eyes. I look around and they need hope and they need opportunity. They need to understand about other cultures, other countries, what is offered to them, what they can become.

The applicant has been extremely cooperative. I prefer that the land not be developed, but I understand. They've done well to work with us, ... I think the questions were answered and am satisfied with what they're doing.
