Short-term commitment. Spot and PT will probably outlive me.

Wal-Mart's commitment to give back to the communities we serve is shared by our associates and customers. We are proud that the generous contributions of our associates and customers touched the lives of families who may have otherwise gone without the joys of the holiday season. I would like to thank all of those who contributed to this year's Red Kettle campaign. They deserve sincere congratulations on making our neighbors' holiday a little brighter.

PT needs me for food and shelter. I'm not sure, but I believe she recognizes me by touch. I can reach in the terrarium for her and she doesn't flinch. But, basically, PT likes her solitary life. People can't understand our bond, but they do when they sit and watch her. I find PT a calming animal. She's somewhat like my dogs here and at home; she's just built closer to the ground.

I've really developed an interest in reptiles. I didn't know anything about them when I bought Spot, and I thought it was time that I learned. . . .There are few animals I don't want to know more about.

Differentiation is not a tactic. It is a way of thinking. It is a mindset that comes from listening and observing and absorbing and respecting. Most of all, it's a commitment. A commitment to engage with people in a manner that reveals to them that, yes, we get it.

As a 20-year friend of Rosie's, I couldn't be happier that we will finally share a stage together, ... With her understanding of 'Fiddler's' important place in theatrical history, I am positive she will uphold that tradition excitingly.
