She showed potential from the start. It's great not only for me to see, but for the younger girls to see. It gives the other kids hope. They can be at this level. They can do this.

If girls are interested, they have the potential to go further, ... There are still lingering stereotypes that affect girls in middle school, and they lose interest in the subjects.

The potential is unbelievable with both those girls.

Girls are able to reach their potential now. Once they are out of the sport, they can still continue in the business world of sports. The whole role of the female is changing. Times do change, but we still have to work through adversity and learn to live with the decisions we make.

I enjoy motivating the girls and just helping them achieve what they are capable of...reaching their full potential.

It's funny how that worked out. I think it's great for them. It's a lot of comfort for her, too. It's a big deal. Now, she doesn't have to worry about jumping a certain height to sign a scholarship. Now she can just vault, have fun and do what she was supposed to do.
