She loves to shop at Saks. Saks is her favorite store. They have a shopper there that takes care of her. They meet with her.

She was bombarded by fans.

She has a mind of her own. She's a very intelligent woman and she can make her own decisions. She's sharp as a tack - and she remembers everything.

My feeling is that in her mind that if she meets people, they expect her to jump up and sing and dance and they want to see the Betty Hutton from the '40s and she doesn't want to disappoint them.

She just feels like she doesn't want to be seen and she's happy being a recluse.

It is glorious to become a learner again at my time of life.
