She kicked almost the entire time she had her shoulder problem, so her underwater is amazing. She's been doing really well for somebody who's had an injury for most of the season.

We've all been on a team since we were eight years old or so. We've always looked forward to the high school swimming scene, because it's way more competitive than USA swimming. We were ready for it when we were in middle school.

This year I wasn't sure I could beat her. She swam the way she did last year and stuttered on the last 50. I was ready for it and took off.

This is the most fun stage of a company — just getting it off the ground, getting the team together, getting everyone on the same sheet of music.
