Jesus is an amazing student. His prose ('The Circuit' by Jaime Jimenez) is a story of a young migrant child, and his experiences in the U.S. public school system. It is a powerful piece and he delivers it with dedication and passion.

I am looking at this as a rebuilding year, or better yet, a foundation year. I am looking to lay a foundation that can be brought into the small schools change over.

The team may be small, but they are a dedicated group of kids. I love working with each and every one of them.

The focus is to help students feel connected to school, develop leadership skills, foster personal well-being and make new friends by learning more about other cultures and customs.
