She has to look back on her career and appreciate what she's done.

What I've been able to learn from her is what she's taught me about dealing with student athletes on a day-to-day basis. It's more along the lines of what it's really like being a coach, dealing with people every day, and treating those people with respect.

The best word I can use to describe Jody is consistency. She expects a certain level of consistency in herself, and she's developed a system here where people coming in know what to expect from her and the program.

I am the least intimidating person. I think I would have done better in my career if I were a little more intimidating. Even the maid who comes to work for me once a week has found out that she can just trample over me... I'm a Cancer! We are not ferocious people.

This is serious career shadowing. We make sure they've shown up to their place of work. We call them up and make sure they've arrived on time, are dressed appropriately and really try to help out the people who have agreed to take them in for the day.
