The blue light is all over. Actually it is within my body. Makes my joints feel all warm.

I am walking down to the oak tree. And
I see that the tunnel is slightly wet, but
I jump in
and walk
slowly
through the lava tube.
It is fairly dark, but I see in the far distance,
like a pinhead,
a light.
Sort of yellowish, actually.

Turtle is putting seaweed all over me. It is the big turtle. She is so big that she can regurgitate
seaweed over me. It comes out of her mouth like
coming from a spoud of a fountain, which is actually a very nice feeling. It is not sticky at all. It is just
a very nice clean feeling and it is a wonderful ocean smell
about it.

Take your thoughts off.
The invading
thoughts you have. Push them aside. See your future in a
bright way. Don't struggle with the past. It is gone. Look
for the future. Look for the future.

My arms look
as if blood is . . .
And on my feet . . .
It is dropping on my feet.
I now take the fruit and just
put it all over my body.
