SIMPLE is not a mature protocol at this point, so we've taken a snapshot and implemented against that. As we make subsequent releases, we will be looking to make sure we are absolutely compliant to the standard.

We are absolutely committed to being SIMPLE compliant.

Enterprise instant-messaging activity is something that we're seeing greater pick up of in the market. We believe that IM will be as prevalent as e-mail in most corporations within the next four to five years.

We get pushed very hard by our development community in this area but we think that we're just scratching the surface with what can be built. The overall business benefit is around linking projects more closely together and allowing people to move around information a lot more intelligently.

I have no idea. Our protocol is the same as it's always been: Bernie and I, at the end of the season, map out the next season or two.

Not that being so mature is a bad thing, but there are times to be mature and there are times to be loose.
