Right now we have a beach that's a very good attraction for our community and people from outside our community. We're building an events center. And right between those is one of the most contaminated bodies of water in the state.

Everything sounds dated right now to me, like the songs you hear on the radio and the type of pop punk bands that's going on right now. I feel like five years from now, that's going to seem like, 'Oh I remember exactly when that took place.' I wanted to create something that would seem a little more timeless.

Everybody knows soccer is going to continue to grow. I assume eventually we're talking lights, bleachers, concession stands, aren't we? ... I can see in the future we might have to build a road from the theater ... just to handle things.
