Right now our assessment of what the damage would be at different flood stages is based on old information. We need to update that information.

They are unstable and unpredictable. They could fall away at any time.

The challenge for us is that we are running out of tools. When we have the big flood here, we are running out of tools to preserve, protect and enhance the river as we currently know it today.

We need to assess now what these different flood stage damages would be. And I think that's something the planners need to look forward to in the future.
