Resellers are extremely important component of WD's customer outreach, and helping them develop an excellent understanding of WD as a company and its product range is crucial to our success in these markets. The seminars were aimed to facilitate this.

Our partnership with KLC will help us efficiently implement our business strategies for the Algerian market. KLC has a very impressive track record, and boasts a distribution channel known for its wide reach and efficiency.

The seminars enabled resellers to understand more closely the features and benefits of the WD range of hard disk drives and learn about the new WD products. At the same time, it allowed WD to better appreciate reseller needs, and work out strategies to effectively address them. We would be organizing more reseller seminars in the future, in various Middle East cities.

WD's steady growth in the MENA region encouraged us to further expand our operations in this region. We will enter new, untapped regional markets, and at the same time strengthen operations in existing ones. At the centre of WD's expansion strategy are the rapidly evolving and promising African markets, such as Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Nigeria and Kenya. The former three have high IT literacy levels.

We are committed to supporting our distribution partners and helping boost their efficiency. WD has been participating in major trade shows alongside its distributors, besides organizing various workshops and technical seminars.

No one has yet demonstrated Iraq’s compliance with its disarmament obligations, nor has anyone ever accounted for its missing weapons stocks, much less disputed that they are missing. Nor has anyone conclusively explained why a nation under sanctions for failing to comply with its disarmament obligations was for twelve years incapable of documenting its supposed compliance after claiming to comply. And yet somehow, in a truly Orwellian inversion, the burden for finding Iraqi WMDs has become ours, not Iraq’s, to discharge.
