Remember that on any world the wind eventually wears away the stone, because the stone can only crumble; the wind can change.

People don't resist change. They resist being changed.

Within predictability resides a soothing agent of sorts…to where remaining stagnant and status quo is the only obvious choice for some.

There is resistance to change. There's a resistance to ideas.

You see the world as fixed and finite, and it is not. It is liquid and ever moving, and one act can change everything.

The likelihood that your acts of resistance cannot stop the injustice does not exempt you from acting in what you sincerely and reflectively hold to be the best interests of your community.
