] A lot of end users feel lost in the complex and quirky Notes client, but the

hope is Notes 5.0 will cure a lot of that, ... I can't honestly tell

them 5.0 will address their concerns yet, and I may not be able to until it

It was a time in my career that I wanted to take advantage of a great opportunity, test the waters so to speak. Orange County attracted me since it was a long-time DIRT track, I knew all the teams and officials, and I grew up watching the races and loved all the Middletown tradition. With running the Orange County show out of my system and some new officials now in place, I'm really encouraged by the positive direction I see the organization headed.

This matters because education leads to opportunity. What happens to the second and third generations is the story of the future of California.

It's a good opportunity. You have to play hard and forget about everybody being a rookie. You just have to play hard, and not worry about what everybody thinks. We have a pretty good team. We're aggressive.
