Rainier is the city of license, but since we are so close, we can actually run the station from our offices in Longview.

The FCC conducts surveys to see if an area is in need of a new frequency. It was determined that the Rainier area was growing and was in need.

It's customized and unique. We're filling a niche that wasn't being filled.

We are still fine-tuning the programming. But we are bringing local news back.

What we're finding is that teenagers really like the music. We've gotten good feedback from kids in Woodland, too. Everybody likes it. I think it's because we play the best songs from each decade, with an occasional new hit tossed in. Good music is timeless.
