Putting out fires is like repeatedly applying Band-Aids. Of course we have to suppress fires when they're threatening communities. But it's a Catch-22 -- we are in a self-perpetuating cycle.

We all have great memories of those special treats, and a party is always memorable at school. I think it is a balancing issue. We don't want children to think sweets are bad.
