Productivity is going to be a critical issue. And it's not just about getting more time for professors in the classroom. It involves reexamining the learning experience and restructuring faculty and the use of faculty time.

It's a key part of the experience. It's all the learning that goes on outside the classroom, sports, debate, discussions in the dorm room.

I do think there is something to be said for those who have significant experience at state level and have run campaigns or have been deeply involved in grass roots political campaigns and who have actual hands-on experience,

There are three kinds of men. The ones that learn by readin’. The few who learn by observation.
The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence for themselves.

Every game this season has been a learning experience. It's going to be interesting to see how much we continue to grow. There are some future games on our schedule that we can win. With some more experience, we'll be in good shape for the playoffs.

It's a learning experience. This is a baby step for them. Next year we're going to expect a lot of them.
