Princeton always is a big challenge for us. The Nottingham boys we have to take seriously. We're down to crunch time now. There's still some areas we have to swim better in. We're getting a good effort from the kids. That's the most important thing.

It was a very big switch for us. By her winning it, Julia and Stephanie Greenfield having a great swim there in the IM, I felt like we could still take 2-3-4 in the 500. A girl like Shannon Kemp, our third swimmer in the 200 and 500, she's really stepped up and she did it again today. She took a fourth in the 5, and a fifth in the 200. That is very helpful to us.

This is my first shot at coaching the boys and I'm looking forward to the challenge.

It's like, now you've done it, you stood up with the big boys and you were good onscreen. It gives me a lot more weight walking into a room. They just treat me with a different level of respect. They don't remember Superman so much as they remember that role, which is a different realm.

I'm in the premium position with just a few boys breathing down my neck. I should have been a boxer after the shot put, I'm just so full of adrenaline.

The boys' race was over in the first 800 meters. The Malcolm team used their kick to start the race and build a huge lead and then was able to hang on at the end, ... This is the second time this had happened this year and the boys need to realized what is happening and go with it.
