Prices are very high at the moment and we don't expect them to remain at these very high levels.

That's an indication that both programs and operations in Latin America have got really significant potential so that's a principle area of focus for us.

But certainly if prices come back they're still very well supported and that's a significant change to what we saw 12 months ago.

Jennifer is not a criminal.

[She was] feeling if she couldn't get through in the days to come, that she would have that, that she could leave on the bus, ... In her mind, she used that ticket at the last time she could.

I believe Jennifer committed no crime. I understand and respect [Gwinnett County] District Attorney Danny Porter and his obligation to investigate this situation thoroughly. Jennifer hopes this experience will help her grow and heal and perhaps help others in similar circumstances. I look forward to working with her and her family.
