Pressure makes people react in different ways. Some people plunge in, and others take the way out.

In times of crisis, different people react in different ways. Some might try to escape. Others might attempt to batten down the hatches and ride out the storm in a safe haven.

I'm a human. Every human is flawed. I might be flawed in different ways than some people, or worse ways than some people, or better ways than some people.

Some people absorb in different ways. I didn't realize until I was 15 years old how much I retained.

While different people may approach opportunities in different ways, we need to base decisions on a fundamental set of values as we chart our course of action.

It seems to me that's the only way you can have a truly creative aggregate of people is if they're all contributing in different ways.
