Personnel changes happen. That's just the reality of the league.

I think I held my own last year, but I know it wasn't my best year. I could have done a lot better.

You don't know if you should take everything out of your locker or do it the way you've been doing it ? leave certain things in your locker expecting to come back. Nobody knows who's going to be here, player-wise or coaching-wise.

You don't want to say goodbye. You prepare yourself for the best and expect the worst.

I know for myself, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. If things fall our way this weekend, then great. But from what I see right now in this locker room, I don't think anyone's given up.

In the first half of the year, investors really needed to be somewhat divorced from reality. It was not dissimilar to the first half of 2000, where investors ignored valuations. Now, investors have shifted their focus towards the latter half of the year and the idea that we've paid our price; that we'll benefit from monetary and fiscal stimuli working their way into the system. And I think they're right.
