Personality is most important for two reasons. First, personality is an important factor in getting along on a small staff. Second, you obviously are going to do a better job with it. I want salespeople.

There are some creative numbers out there.

First of all, everybody's got a relative that wants to get into baseball. They all call me and that's not only here in Connecticut. My investors, my partners, my clients in New York are part of that too.

Hobbes might be a little closer to me in terms of personality, with Calvin being more energetic, brash, always looking for life on the edge. He lives entirely in the present, and whatever he can do to make that moment more exciting he'll just let fly . . . and I'm really not like that at all.

He is a special person. He has a great personality and character beyond reproach. They broke the mode when they made his personality.

That's how you get into leadership. It's not your personality or your charm. It's whether or not you can bring money to the party.
