People were skeptical at first. They got burnt once already.

Plenty were invited to come this year. We got a late start. Many already had their schedules made up. Several wanted to come, but we ended up with five [Delaware teams].

We're planning on it. We've been putting it on paper. Our plan is to come back.

The minute we forget, some of those people are going to strike again.

Sometimes I get angry and sometimes other people get angry but I don't think we pay too much attention to that. But before the meeting is over, everybody's hugging each other.

I don't avoid confrontation, people should know that.
