People tell us at school that we'll never win, (that) we suck, that we're no good. When Friday night came along, we proved all of them wrong.

Everybody that came up to us and asked if we won, they thought we were lying. Some of them had this face on them, a shocked face, kind of like seeing a ghost.

It was such a rush. After the game, I felt like I wanted to play another game.

It's the one night you live for the whole season.

Tonight's game was kind of a wake-up call for us. The kids know we're going to come out focused, starting [today], and get back on track.

Their post people just killed us all night long.
