People haven't heard that (reassessment) mentioned as a consideration in this bond referendum.

Clearly, with No Child Left Behind, that was one of the early concerns: Do we have the capacity, not just with the testing companies, but with the state agencies, to do this?

We're paying taxes, but as far as the Lake Wylie area is concerned, realistically, we don't get anything back for that.

Because it's high-stakes, there's obviously a lot of concern and scrutiny. I would really put them up against any industry. It's just that their mistakes are really magnified. Their mistakes are really a very small percentage of the volume of tests.

The more detailed and specialized and clear they can be, the better their response will be.
