People change. Young people don't cook as much as they used to. They want quick food. They don't buy as much raw vegetables.

A few people have asked me, wandering if I might change my mind. But I keep telling them that I plan on enrolling at Notre Dame next fall.

We're not in the animal feed business. We're in the food business. And people all around the world -- in Africa, India, and China -- are going to need to be fed. They want meat products, and one of our goals is to help feed those people.
