People are wanting some new leadership, a new direction. These practices have continued to be a cancer unfair promotions, transfers, the way discipline is handed out it's a hostile work environment.

People are asking for a different direction at this time. We want to provide a professional police-organization service to the citizens so they can feel safe. How can we do that when our department is in chaos?

I'm here to provide the leadership and direction and to develop the talents of the people who are here to provide these services and facilities for the people of Oakland County.

Don't tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results.

Most of our members are unsure about many things. I am hoping things will get back to how they should be.

We need someone to get in there and give them some direction. We need oversight by someone in a leadership position.
