People are a lot more aware that there is treatment for sleep disorders. They are also less willing to put up with sleep disorders.

With the growth of sleep centers, a lot are fly-by-night. They're not equipped to provide a proper evaluation or diagnosis.

Why do people in ship mutinies always ask for "better treatment"? I'd ask for a pinball machine, because with all that rocking back and forth you'd probably be able to get a lot of free games.

If I am to care for people in hospital I really must know every aspect of their treatment and to understand their suffering.
