People always want to know where the set comes from. It comes entirely from our imaginations. These ballets don't come with blueprints.

For me the really wonderful thing about doing this is that it's collaborative. The product is some place we wouldn't have gotten without all of us. I come away from design meetings all juiced up and ready to create.

My job is to translate emotions into three dimensions. I'm responsible for that world.

I mean, obviously, these people don't deserve to die for a mistake. Or be raped for a mistake, or be accused of rape for a mistake. But how about warning people not to make mistakes like this?

We've had a lot of issues with people getting into the left turn lane (eastbound) well before they should. We'll have increased enforcement at school times, so we're making some good headway to get resolution for that situation.
