Listen to others with an open mind. Normally, that leads to a pleasant conversation.

One whose auditory sense has been accustomed to being comfortable with one kind tune misses out the spectacularity of the symphony.

A mind is capable of harboring and ingesting a vast variety of ideas and information. It would be the greatest crime against itself when it only permits its faculties the access to a monotonous inference, whereas it extinguishes its potence of immeasurable creativity. 

A preconceived notion is like having tunnel vision. You miss a lot.
