Our voluntary agreement with the state attorneys general builds on Philip Morris USA's existing trade programs and policies intended to preserve the integrity of our brands and the legitimate trade channels through which they are sold. It sets a framework for continued information sharing with law enforcement and support of their efforts to eliminate illegal sales of Philip Morris USA products.

There are discussions still going on and the information-sharing is still happening.

I think the basic tenet that we learned is a lack of coordination and sharing of information, different cultures in the community of intelligence. We have done our job, and now we have got to do more legislatively and the people who run the intelligence community have got to do theirs.
