Our team is very hard to get on. We have a really good team. We turn people down all the time.

Blair is probably the most enthusiastic kid we have on the team. He truly loves to snowboard. The other people feed off it. He's a real inspiration, not because he's just a great snowboarder for being 12 years old but because he's so stoked about snowboarding it rubs off on the rest of us.

Two weeks ago, we won first place in Planet Earth Outerwear half-pipe competition and second place in the rail jam competition. And we won first place for overall shop.

Unfortunately, the higher you climb in social media, the more people will want to throw stones at you. But don't retaliate publicly.

When people are living from passion, they tend to be fulfilled, happy, healthy, and love everyone around them.

People can see themselves in a story much easier than they can see themselves in a hypothetical situation that a brand might present to them. So telling stories to build a relationship with your audience is usually far more effective than other methods of marketing or publicity.
