Our strength is the girls will enjoy winning and losing together. I don't think that was always the case last year. It definitely will be more what can I do for the team and less individualistic. We will enjoy the highs and help each other through the lows.

She (Gerry) has made the single most improvement. She will be the focus of our attack this year. In girls soccer it's hard to find a goal scorer. She has that mindset. She brings a good level of toughness to our team.

Sometimes in a losing streak you don't know what to say as a coach. Each time we got beat 1-0 it was heartbreaking, but (those games) are more motivating than if you lose 3-0.

Last year I think it was tough on the girls and me because I was a first year coach. The first time I saw any of them was the first day of practice. I can kind of hit the ground running more this season. I think I am more comfortable around the girls and they are more comfortable with me.

In the fourth game against Cambridge the girls were just wiped out. There is a lot of soccer to be played.

Larry's always liked challenges and he'll stick with this. He will enjoy, whether they're winning or losing, he will enjoy coaching them. He will continue to coach them every minute of every practice and every game, because that's what he does. He'll be persistent as hell about it, and they'll listen, they'll get better.
