Our step team has always wanted to have their own competition. And everyone was stressing about their senior project. I figured, well that would be a wonderful program to have for my senior project.

My mom is so happy and proud of me. She's very excited. She can't wait to run the concessions.

It's more than a rhythm. It's more than a dance. It's more than music. It's step…it's making beats with your feet.

There's no doubt that the competition steps up next week,

Tonight's game gave us a lot better competition than our last game. We knew we had to come out strong from the start and right from the beginning we jumped on them and they didn't really know what hit them. They kept with us a little bit but we just kept playing hard. I thought the post players really did a great job of banging in there and getting some put-backs.

The competition is better than I thought it'd be. And I'm glad of it. I just like to play, and when it's competitive like this, it's more fun. It makes you work.
