Our running game has been struggling, and the key was to try to get on top of these guys early and work the ground game. We wanted to develop some confidence in our running game, which we did tonight.

It was the last shot of the game, a 3-pointer from the top of the key. We were down six late.

A lot of early intervention is key.

Being careless (with the ball) and bad decisions is what happened in the last game and early tonight. The guys have to understand that they have to value the basketball and protect it. Hopefully we can continue to make progress in that area because it is crucial to be able to value each possession.

We played as well as could be expected. We been struggling. We just don't have that fight in us anymore. Seems like if we don't hit the shot we don't want to play defense.

We are struggling getting guys in. We had runners all over the place and guys aren't scoring. Leaving guys on base is not something that sits well in my bones. We have to fix that and get guys in and be aggressive.
