Research indicates what we can do to make youngsters feel they've got someone to turn to and they're not just a number in the system. We want youngsters to feel comfortable.

How are EPA scientists supposed to engage in cutting edge research when they cannot find what the agency has already done?

We placed few restrictions on people. Faculty had freedom to conduct their research and had few IT policies to think about.
