Our prophet (Smith) said that our bodies are what fulfills the work of the spirit. I feel better about myself when I'm fit and we're encouraged to take care of our bodies.

It was tough sitting out the 10 games; I just tried to work hard in practice and make the other players get better because I knew I wasn't going to be able to do anything out there.

It is possible. I have the competitive spirit. I am working on my starts and bringing sound races.

In the spirit of what we're doing, we would clearly work with the abutters. [We're] very forthright and we want to make this work.

To work in this spirit would be my task from now on!
