Our population here in the valley is just booming like nobody's business.

It's something we as a healthy population can do fairly easily.

No chamber is worth its salt if it can't provide services to that segment of the business population, and she's very, very good at it.

We feel good about where we are, but you're never finished. The business constantly evolves. We are in a lot more businesses than just football -- radio, TV, concessions, Internet -- and a lot of that is reflected in our approach with sponsors.

What I want to do is, I want business leaders, small business, employers, to come together, ... A moderate (increase). A reasonable one that everybody can handle.

I certainly hope that the Jamaican population is watching what is happening with Katrina and learning. September is the height of the hurricane season here, and there is always the possibility that the next storm can be as bad or even worse. People need to respect the power of nature.
